Library Instructional Repository : Home

Hello!

This guide will serve as a repository of library instructional material. The guide will be categorized with subject boxes for different topics ranging from Using the library, Humanities, Social Sciences, Business, Sample Research Topics, Judaic materials, Ref Works and Worksheets.

Use a range of different tabs to access information from various sources: 

• YU Find: search aggregator for most (approximate 75%) materials available at YU. 
• Articles: will narrow your search within YU Find to specifically articles based on the search query entered. 
• Books: this will lead to our specific catalog for our print collection available at the libraries. You may also search for books worldwide!
• Databases: search by subject, name, or alphabetically through the databases made available by YU
• Journals: collection of articles published regularly on different subject areas. Many journals are peer-reviewed and are written by experts in the field.
• Guides: begin research by using research guides created by librarians on many subject areas.
• Archives: browse through the YU archival records
