Step One: Click on the "cite" icon on the right hand column of the bibliographic record
Step Two: First, select a citation style, e.g. APA or MLA; next, click "export to bibliographic management software."
Step Three: Choose to export either a. directly to RefWorks or b. to another citation manager, using a RIS file
