Find Cases

Two ways to find cases: search for Law Reviews or Cases.

Note: Cases have the format [litigant] v litigant] 

 

To locate cases within a law review article:

Browse for cases within the article text or footnotes.

1)Within the article text: find a cited case and click on the numbered tree to the right of it to jump to the footnote. OR

2) Scroll to the Footnotes at the end of the article and browse for legal cases.

3) Then click on the desired case link.
